Oleksander—better known as Sasha—will enter the UCI Elite category for the first time in 2026.
The young rider from Ukraine was exceptionally strong in both the Junior and U23 categories. He won a gold medal in Junior XCO at the UCI European Championships in Novi Sad and a bronze medal in U23 XCC at the UCI European Championships in Cheile Grădiștei. In 2024, he was the youngest rider competing at the Olympic Games in Paris, France. His best results in the 2025 UCI World Series were a 2nd‑place finish in XCC in Leogang, Austria, and 6th place in the XCO race in Val di Sole, Italy. His number‑one goal for 2026 is to finish inside the top 20 in the UCI World Series.
