Gunnar Holmgren extended a family legacy by joining Trek Factory Racing–Pirelli XC.
His younger twin sisters — Ava and Isabella — are both members of Lidl–Trek, lighting up the XC MTB World Cup and road circuits. In fact, Gunnar is the oldest of five Holmgren children, blazing the trail in more ways than one. He’s coming off the best season of his career, which featured an eighth-place finish in Nové Město and a trip to the Paris Olympics as a member of Team Canada. With TFR XC, he’s looking to level up and step onto the elite World Cup podium.
